Attack of CONEHEAD!!!!

Setting: The Bedroom.
It is early morning. The sun hasn't even hinted that it will once again make it's debut. All is quiet and serene. You and your spouse are sleeping soundly. Each is trying to out do the other in the nightly snoring contest. You are winning.
Suddenly, a not quite sharp, cold plastic pokes you in the tush. It is closely followed by a cold nose. The poking plastic and curious nose moves up your back to your shoulders before you can react to this indecency. You jump up ready to protect yourself from some plastic carrying sicko, when you realize it is the dog.

Setting: The kitchen.
Ready to make dinner for your family, you begin the early stages of it's preparations. You open the pantry door to gather the necessary ingredients only to be blocked. At the door is ConeHead. It is obvious that this cone headed dog is wanting in the pantry, also. You decide it is safer to share the experience with this alien creature. However, there is a problem. Not only are you not able to see half of the pantry, but you cannot reach the other half. The ConeHead is blocking the way. After a slight struggle, you manage to move the ConeHead out of the pantry. You quickly grab the desired food stuffs all the while fighting off the curious ConeHead with your backside; which is stuck up in the air in order to block the largest area possible. While your tush and thighs sustain slight bruising and scratches, you emerge victorious with your prizes. You turn towards the kitchen only to realize you have just started your dinner making journey. Undaunted, you begin the short 6-8 foot walk to the kitchen counter. However, ConeHead has not forgotten you. Ever curious about human going ons, ConeHead walks beside you sniffing your loot. Which means that you are pounded and poked with each step by it's over sized cone. While making dinner, ConeHead occasionally lies down and rests. (It's over sized head must make it tired.) But only long enough for you to let down your guard. When you least expect it, ConeHead will rise and poke itself into your thigh, knee or ankle. Finally, dinner is finished. You are exhausted from failed attempts to protect yourself. Unfortunately, ConeHead has had several, brief, rest breaks and is ready to play.

Setting: The computer
You are sitting at the computer desk attempting to write a quirky, yet entertaining blog. ConeHead sees her opportunity. She runs across the room with a soft toy hidden deep inside her cone. Forgetting that her "brakes" don't work all that well on tile floors, ConeHead skids to a almost stop slamming into your right side. ConeHead then tries to get your attention - as if you didn't know she was there - by poking you with the cone and pushing your elbow up with her nose. Looking for some relief - and possibly less bruising - you grab the offered toy and toss it across the room. ConeHead leaps up, brushing your entire right side with the edge of her cone, and gallops after the toy. You hear the cone scratching furniture and knocking down undeserving plants as ConeHead makes her way to the toy. Then, you hear it coming back! You type furiously in the 3 seconds you have left before BANG! OUCH! CRASH! The process begins all over again.

Help! Our home is being over run by a ConeHead! If you don't hear from us within the next week, please come looking for our bashed and bruised bodies. I've been told that this mysterious creature will metamorphize back into our sweet, manageable Molly as of next Thursday. I hope so. I don't know how much longer we will be able to survive.
Oh NO! She's moving again. Gotta Go!
